Registration options and fees

Upon registration you must choose your conference options. Please look below to see the different packages.

Registration fee must be paid with credit card or bank transfer. We do not accept checques as way of payment.

Conference Packages and Fees
Conference All Inclusive		€550	* all sessions * all workshops * all evening events * conference bag * travelpass for 2 days
Conference One day only		€250	* sessions and workshops of the day * evening event of the day * conference bag * travelpass for 1 day
Accompanying person		€300	* all evening events * travelpass for 5 days
Non-members		€850	* all sessions * all workshops * all evening events * conference bag * travelpass for 2 days

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by August 1st, 2008, for a refund less a €50 processing fee. Cancellations received after August 1st, 2008 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person by providing authorization to us by August 15th, 2008 at lras @ dr.dk.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, FIAT will return all paid registration fees.

Afbestilling og erstatning
Ved afbestilling før 1. august tilbagebetales det fulde beløb ekskl. Dkk 400 til ekspeditionsgebyr. Afbestillinger skal altid ske skriftligt til lras @ dr.dk.

Afbestillinger efter den 1. august refunderes ikke. Du må overdrage din tilmelding til en anden person. Besked om overdragelse skal ske skriftligt til lras @ dr.dk senest den 15. august.

Såfremt der opstår en situation, hvor FIAT må aflyse konferencen, refunderes alle indbetalte registreringsafgifter.
